RT, RW and Urban Village Forum Institute (LMK) caretakers in Tanjung Priok Sub-District are trained to use Qlue Application. It aims to accelerate complaints handling through the application.

"I hope the socialization of understanding and knowledge at sub-sub-district level could be continued by the participants to residents," said Tanjung Prok Sub-Distric Head, Yusuf Madjid, Wednesday (11/4).
According to him, there are 140 participants representing RT, RW and LMK from 7 urban villages. Those participated are the people who already have android smartphone. "Urban village side also need to hold such program to help reporting event progress in area based on Gubernatorial Regulation No. 168/2014," he uttered.
